You will receive your backdrop and canvas sign, in hands, 2-5 business days after you approve your proof.

We will send you a message with your proof and the address we have on file. PLEASE RESPOND TO THE EMAIL that it is approved and confirm your shipping address. YOUR BANNER WILL PRINT EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE IN THIS EMAIL. Please note that you will receive two rounds of edits (if needed) for your banner.

There is a picture of our size chart in one of the photos each of our products for reference. Just scroll through the photos to see the chart. This will help you determine what size works best for you.

Please note:

>> Table Banners - 5ft. x 4ft. and 6ft. x 4ft.

>> Kid parties - 4ft. x 6ft. and 6ft. x 6ft. works well

>> Large Banners 6ft. x 8ft. or 8ft. x 8ft. - Standard adult size party banner. 8ft. x 8ft. is a large size and works great for group and individual photos

>> Extra Large banners are 10ft. x 8ft. and 10ft. x 10ft. You can fit at least 7-8 people across on these banners for large group shots

All banners that are 10ft. wide x 8ft. height (or 8ft. wide x 10ft. height) and below are shipped rolled (no folds/no wrinkles)

All banners that are 10ft. wide x 10ft. wide are shipped boxed and folded (will have fold lines).

Our backdrops, canvas signs and table cloths are delivered by Fedex and UPS.
